Topsail Island is a 26-mile-long barrier island right off the coast of Southern North Carolina. The island is approximately 30 miles north of Wilmington, NC, and the airport is ILM. There are three main communities on Topsail Island: North Topsail Beach, Surf City, and Topsail Beach.  It’s a popular vacation destination in North Carolina, with plenty of restaurants, activities, and fresh seafood. The only two ways onto the island are via a bridge in Surf City and a bridge in North Topsail Beach. A slice of heaven on the Carolina Shores.

Enjoy our family's 4-bedroom, 3.5-bath 1750 sqft. beach house with beautiful beachfront views from all bedrooms and all three levels.   The street is a dead-end street, so very private and traffic.  Step across the dunes to a wonderful beach to swim, fish, shell, or lounge in the sun.  The beach is dog-friendly, with little to no other people on the beach in front of the house.  Conveniently located only 4 miles to Surf City or 6 miles to Sneads Ferry.
